About

This blog is all about keeping me honest, motivated, and enthused about my writing and reading, plus confessions on a serious addiction to coffee, notebooks and the growing collection of vintage typewriters. But mostly it’s about my writing journey. There may be a few manuscripts gathering dust in a drawer, and several story ideas filed away, but I’m always chugging away at the current MIP – Manuscript In Progress. Nanowrimo champion, pencil biter, pantser, ‘how to’ books addict; a few descriptive words about me today!

I live in Auckland, New Zealand with DH, and our two burmese boys Oscar and Mr Frodo. We also have a wee patch of grass in Horopito, bordering The National Park, where our nine Alpaca boys mow the lawns and keep us entertained with their frolicks and carrot munching prowess.

Thanks for stopping by, my hope is that a blog post gives you, gentle reader, a spark to continue on your own creative journey just as much as it keeps me accountable and encouraged to maintain my own voyage into publication.
